Group Store Shipping Policy

Our group stores operate on a limited-time order window to allow for efficient production and fulfillment.

Order Window
Each group store is open for a set period of 1–2 weeks. All orders must be placed within this timeframe.

Production Timeline
Once the store closes, all orders are collected and processed together. Production will begin after the order window has ended. Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for production.

Shipping Timeline
Orders will ship after production is complete. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery
From the time the store closes, please expect delivery within 2–3 weeks, depending on production volume and shipping location.

Important Notes

• Items are made to order, so we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds unless there is a defect or error.
• If your order includes multiple items, they will ship together once all items are completed.
• Shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods.
